Appeal with or without Welfare rights involved.

Hi everyone, I’m not an active member but was hoping to get some advice. Does anyone have an opinion as to whether welfare rights are helpful being involved in the appeal process? Just it seems I need a referral to get access to welfare rights? Any a£vice or opinions would be greatly appreciated

You can try CAB or Benefits and Work website has mock forms and really good info and advice.

Yes indeed they are..my local office helped me with tax credits years ago,,esa appl.Pip and early retirement from work..most of them are CAB trained.

I need help so will look to get a referral. I’ll have to reapply for my social worker to refer me, as I don’t know who else could do the referral for access to welfare rights x

If you look on Google for your local office it lightheaded you to Cab,,citizens advice ,just as good,,we do have a great benefit advisor on this sight called Janet I,m. sure she would help.
