Autumn poem.

When dawn breaks with that crisp frost blanket glistening over everything, you step out to the cold refreshing air, your breath bellowing out what looks like smoke from your mouth.

Stepping on the leaves the sound of crunching beneath your feet, autumn is here.

Time to get that jumper out from the back of your wardrobe where it has been waiting for that temperature to drop again.

Time for socks, boots and coats on these cold but cosy days ahead, trees changing from green to golden colours falling replacing the summer blooms

Clear days with the sun lower in the sky now, nights drawing in wrapping around us keeping us safe indoors, holding that cup of hot chocolate warming you up from the inside out.

healthunlocked.com/fibromya... Morning yes indeed Autumn is just around the corner, enjoyed most of September here in Suffolk with a last burst of Sunshine but lots of rain on and off now which is much needed for the gardens, not looking forward to the chill I have to say .

Yes the chill is not good but as long as we wrap up well, it is good to get out there, I am in Hampshire and love to walk in the countryside when my body lets me, brightens my day, and taking some pictures as well improves the day even more .

Good morning I loved the poem I also love the colors of autumn. I really dont mind the cooler weather to be honest. What I really find hard to cope with is the long dark nights. No sooner awake and we are plunged back into darkness.

Love this. Autumn is my favourite season. The colours are lovely and I look forward to a cold breeze on my face. I don’t get along with sunshine and heat.
