Sooo sorry Pinkissmo

😊🌿🌸🦋

When I first started replying I was trolled by 2 people who really (I mean REALLY) raked me over hot coals (USA saying) for pouring my heart out without malice to a young member trying to explain that it was easier to accept the now and not reflect on what was.

I finally deleted my post and made apologies because I never meant my reply to be interpreted negatively only with compassion and empathy. It’s unfortunate that words can be misread and trolls usually do that and this Fibro Warrior felt absolutely defeated and was considering deleting my account.

I am Sooo glad that I didn’t do that.

I would have lost support friends and valuable advice from those Warriors who had pursued their search for answers and got them.

Personal stories of experiences is just as valuable as doctors visits while there is so little known in the medical world about FM

What I’ve done each time I’ve been told I’m crazy or FM doesn’t exist is take time to cry/lick my wounds and have that confirmation talk with myself that my symptoms/experiences are REAL and shake off that bad experience with that doctor/person and soldier on.

Keep your battle cry strong 💪 search until you find a doctor that listens to and validates you.

No Army ever wins a battle if it’s soldiers quit fighting.

Remember you are in a battle for your life and to live the best life that you can given your circumstances via your health.

Take care and abundant blessings dear Pinkissmo.

Sorry you feel like that pinkissmo, I left other sites because of such behaviour, but on the whole, everyone is kind, supportive and really helpful. Maybe for some people the pain, stress and suffering gets to much and maybe that shows in some of the responses.

I am personally very fond of people on here and I really think its benefical, and maybe to try and see past the few that are at odds with life

Unfortunately, in any public forum there will be posts which are more argumentative/negative than others.

For the majority of time, the posts here are supportive and positive... And if there is something you don't want to read, just scroll past xxxx

Sorry you feel like this Pinkissimo, but try to remember we are all in the same Fibro boat here, and some of us feel particularly grouchy when certain subjects come up. We can all have a grouse from time to time, especially when we are in pain ourselves. It isn't deliberate.

I was a grumpy old git before I got ill so I'm unlikely to improve now I'm in constant pain.

That said I rarely join in discussions here because it is easy for my good humoured grumpiness (possibly an oxymoron) to be misinterpreted by someone more sensitive than me but if you assume the best in people then even the grumpiest post can be interpreted positively.
