Anyone’s fibromyalgia pain get worse when tired

I’m permanently tired so can’t really say, but it’s probably the case. I find any stress triggers pain. I can’t believe I had a high pressure job, constantly problem solving, worked a 60-70 hour week regularly. Now I’m surprised if I’m out of bed for anything near 60 hours a week ! Don’t know what you can do to help fatigue, I’m still searching.

Ask me when I have managed to get some proper sleep and not wake up feeling like I have been in a fight - my Pain gets worse when I have over done it .. so about 6am in the morning lol

I don't think my pain is worse when I'm tired, though obviously it is after being busy. I do notice I become more foggy when I'm tired.

I permanently tired as I hardly ever sleep cos of pain as I have multiple conditions

Yes, definitely worse when I'm tired! Pain, restless legs, fogginess, clumsiness - you name it! Everything is much worse...

When I suddenly run out of energy, which happens despite pacing, the pain gets worse and I loose my balance and have falls, not helped by feeling dizzy as well. Basically, I to rest immediately. Not found a solution, as it can happen even when I’ve not done much, or I’m in my wheelchair, fortunately my husband can recognise and hang on to me.
