Numb nose

Just a quick question does anyone with fibro gets pins and needles in the end of their nose and then goes numb, it feels really horrible had it for past week or so any answers Thankyou 💝

I get it have done for a few years they have said it's from trauma to the nose whilst growing up. Xx
