I’ve had chronic Gerd and also when my stomach gets so much food or water in it I have heart palpitations. All the test on my heart come back as in excellent condition. Doc prescribed me Amitriptilyne 10 MGs. And after 20+ years I have no Gerd or palpitations but I’m not sure Doc will prescribe it long term. Does anyone know of a natural product that can take the place of the Amitriptilyne ?

I had the same and have been on nortryptline for about 4yrs x

Did you have the palpitations as well ?

Yes had all sorts of test but nothing showed up i still get them occasionally.

I’ve been on the Amitriptilyne for a week or so and mine are basically gone. Before that I was taking over the counter Taurine , SAM E , and Inisoitol which helped some.
