Thank you. Needed that today.

After a week or more of feeling pretty much ok, it's all gone pear shaped today.

My legs seized up completely, I could barely move. Pain shooting up from my feet, legs like lead and then of course head joined in. Well, why be left out? Painkillers are not working.

Hi. Have a massive headache due to not being able to sleep well last night tossing and turning around plus bad pains in both my arms. Thanks

Morning 06hollyberry hope you had a pleasant sleep. I the usual again toss and turned. My head is still hurting and my arms are still painful feeling like a blood pressure cuff as been around my arms so tight causing me extra pain and it is very sore. I’m so so tired. Wish you a nice day x

I do sympathise with sleep issues. I Tweek my meds to help me towards end of the day.

Thanks skit. Think I’ll try that. I don’t get that much sleep either deep just little light and then it makes me so sad confused more about what I have to do as though all of a sudden I’ve got dementia. I can’t stand it. Wish you all a pleasant day x
