Duloxetine helped me at first then couldn’t tolerate and find mirtazapine better for sleep but not good as antidepressant for me anyway. Everyone’s different tho! :)

I have but unfortunately neither suited me as they both had different bad side effects. Can I add that I have realised that antidepressants just don't seem to suit me the side effects outway any small benefits but others have found both really helpful.x

There was a few weeks in between. I had only been months the one about 4 weeks as had to stop because of frightening side effects and was told to stop it right away.x
