Sickness and tiredness

Does anyone else get sickness with fibromyalgia. I knew I didn’t feel right when I went to be last night. 2.30 am I was up being sick. I have felt awful today. Have had a couple of cups of tea to take my meds as I figured I would feel worse without them. Tried a slice of toast a while ago and that seems to have stayed down. But I’m so tired with it and my legs have gone to jelly. Any advice.

some people do find nausea & sickness a problem ... but if it has come on suddenly it sounds like it is either a sickness bug, or something you have eaten. hope it eases off soon xxx

Yes I do. I've felt so sick the past couple of days. I don't think it's a fibro thing...I haven't been eating much, nor sleeping due to the heat. Gentle hugs x

This has happened to me a few times when I've got the really mega severe headache I get with fibro. I've learnt to pace myself and at the first sign of a headache take painkillers and lie down. But I live alone & don't work so easy for me to do, not so easy for someone at work or looking after children.
