Fibro pain/OH/medication

Morning all, about a month ago I had back surgery to remove disc which ive had problems with for the last 2 years. My fibro has hit an all time high, before I had surgery I was having to take time off work due to fibro in lower back,hands and feet was referred to O.H who basically said reduce hours or re-deployment. I work in care and know i would not be able to perform my best even on reduced hours so have opted for re-deployment but unable to find a suitable job. Any advice would be appreciated regarding where i stand with my job situation and what could i use to help reduce pain, my GP said he cannot give anymore medication than what im on. I currently take 600mg of pregabilin and 40mg of duloxetine daily. Thank you for taking the time to read this xx
