Morning Erny I am so sorry to hear 👂 that you had some of your pip taken away from you. I am so sorry 😐 that I haven’t had any experience with this. However I really hope that someone will come along shortly and give you some help and advice.

They are right stinkers for putting poorly people through all this stress knowing that they are poorly and probably won’t do anything about this and that is what they are hoping for.

So Erny I hope that you are not one ☝️ off these people. Because I know you can be a tuff little cookie 🍪.

I hope that you get back the results that you deserve and you don’t get poorly during the process. GOOD LUCK 😉 and take good care of yourself. Love and hugs 🤗🤗🤗🌹🌹🌹😘😘😘👍👍👍🤞 🤞 🤞

So sorry. I just had pips assessment at home. I feel as if I've been machine gunned the questions came so fast and same thing asked over and over again. They are making it deliberately difficult to appeal. Go join benefits and work. They have great advice for pips appeals. I am not expecting a good outcome either as my head was buzzing and felt like id been ambushed. Please check benefits and work site. Good luck

Ok thank you

I haven't experienced it myself but my brother-in-law has and won his appeal on taking his enhanced mobility away it took near on a year to get the appeal you've just got to stick it out 1st you have to ask for a mandatory reconsideration if that fails then appeal 68% of ppl are winning their appeals get some advice from the moderators on here or CAB good luck don't let them grind you down they just hope ppl don't appeal.

Ok thank you 😊

Thank you

Hi I had atos assessment 2013 after having to take I'll health retirement from DWP. I had letter from pain clinic with me which stated my high level of pain. Gave assor letter which she read then photocopied and then said she didn't need to ask me anything as letter explained all. She was very nice. Thing was I didn't put in claim for benefits as after appeal Re my I'll health retirement ( awarded lower tier ) I thought I was on too much money a month (£600+) but awarded ESA and put in support group. So take as much evidence with you as they say they have contacted people you listed on form but they don't. Just had forms to fill in again for I'll health pension and ESA so see what happens this time.
