Hi all, gentle hugs to you all. Do any of you suffer from gramping in your feet,I get this when I’m walking or when I’m sitting, my feet are so so painful,it’s the soles near the arch and my big toe and the one next to it. I also gave super hypersensitive skin I cannot bear the showers sometimes,unless I have it bairly flowing. Good night all sleep as well as you can with this horrific condition.

Lizzie yes I do get terrible cramping in my feet , legs and arms it’s horrendous and if you have this I feel sorry for you Fenbid forty gel from the doctor helps ease pain as pain kills don’t cure cropping cramp
Yes, I have cramping everywhere, it's s nightmare. It doesn't help when I've got other conditions too which I'm sure most of you have.i feel for anyone with this condition. Love and hugs Lynne xxxx

I have just started having cramps in my feet and calves at night, and also getting stabbing sharp pains in my toes to. Going back on the liquid magnesium malate and glycinate again , but will take it in the daytime , as if taken at night can cause vivid dreams, and do not need them as well .

Magnesium oil massaged into your feet and legs at night can help with cramp. Or use Epsom salts dissolved into a foot bath.
