So, on top of fairly severe FM, CFS, and other unrelated medical conditions my body seems to be shutting down on the red blood cells (blood tests done). I’m eating healthily, always! But I’m sleeping 15+ hours a day and still exhausted.
I’m trying to keep my business running, but it’s getting to the point where I have to consider giving up.
Sometimes I wonder why I fight so hard to keep going. Unsympathetic comments from my partner definitely don’t help.
I’m currently in a beanie, padded jacket, cashmere jumper, long sleeved tshirt, etc. and freezing cold. 😣

I'm really struggling with fatigue at the moment, sleeping some days as much as 15 - 20 hours, and I'm still constantly exhausted, so you have my every sympathy. Someone recommended Magnesium capsules to try, so I'm going to see if they help. x
Hi, have been taking capsules of Qi-Ribose for 5 weeks these are Ribose, Magnesium,Acetyl-carnitrine and Malic Acid. These capsules are pretty expensive but after 3 weeks I began to feel a real benefit. Can’t say I am as energetic as pre Fibro days but definitely more energy than have had for years. Feel like am copeing better day to day. Well worth the expense. PM me if you want the brand name. Take care Mav. 🐬🤗
I share your issues. I too am sleeping 15- 19 hours a day. Mine goes in cycles... I can go months of that then suddenly for some unexplained reason have a few days where I only asleep 8 hours. Of course naturally I am lulled into a false sense of security and try to do a few things in great pain and then it’s back to square one, fatigue that washes over me in waves. Kudos for still having a business when your suffering like this.
I'd echo the thyroid tests. You need everything checked TSH, free T4, free T3, antibodies ( can't remember the proper name for that) and reverse T3 if GP will do it. Check the results yourself as GPs will call a high TSH normal!
