Fibromyalgia tje nightmare

I have just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia.i have been in and out of hospitals chest X-ray mri scan bloods and all came back normal the pain is so intense my.knee caps fell like they are stiff my back is burning sharp pains in my.legs and pins and needles in arms and legs I just can't bare it sometimes I'm on tramadol and lyrica which is pregablin and it helps but it's manageable sometimes

Morning sweetie I am so sorry to hear how you are suffering. I can totally relate to how you are feeling. I also suffer with what you are going through but not the pins and needles. Isn’t there anything else that your doctor 👨‍⚕️ can give to you to help with this amount of pain. Try and use some hot water bottles to help reduce your pain. i'd ask your gp about changing your levels of lyrica, see if that helps and get him to book an appointment with rheumotology, as they can help with things as well

Hi I was on tramodol for 12 yrs took me two years to come off them I just suffer the pain now as I couldn’t take them I rest as much as I can too I will never take them again good luck & hugs to you x
