Rheumatology appointment.

I had my first rheumatology appointment today and he's 99.9% sure I have fibromyalgia as well as hypermobility, he's just waiting on some blood tests just in case it's something else anyway he's referring me to pain clinic. What can I expect from pain clinic?

pain clinics vary depending on where in the country you are. They often will offer more than just pain medications .... our pain clinic has a multi-disciplinary team including consultants, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists etc - and they offer a pain management course that teaches you all about pain and various ways to deal with it.
