Flare up

Having a bad flare up for nearly a fortnight now been to doctors and had more blood tests been off work for a week asked doctor for a sick note and she’s wrote it till 19th hoping the flare up won’t last that long but I won’t be able to go back to work before if I put the note in but il have to go back tomorrow when my self cert runs out and really don’t feel up to it x don’t know what to do xx

Sorry you are having such a tough time just now. Personally, I would put the sick note in as returning to work while you are mid flare is likely to end up in you only half to take now time off. Even if flare is over before 19th, a few days extra rest will benefit you more than returning to work when you are not ready xxx
