Newly diagnosed, blood tests state viscosity raised slightly. This happened with anyone else?

Everything else showed up normal as it always has, hence why I’ve only now been diagnosed but have been suffering with the symptoms for years. Anyone else had this on their blood tests? What could it mean? I have shortened calf muscles and have been seeing physio and doing stretches for that, could that be it? The inflammation?

Hope everyone is doing well!
