The pain this morning 😖it’s everywhere. Had to get my hubby to help get our son ready for nursery before he goes to work ( it’s a good job he’s the boss lol ) I’m planning on going for a float in the pool this morning at the gym it’s lovely and warm helps a bit xx

Good morning jilly77, A float in a lovely warm pool sounds lovely. My daughter and grandchildren want me to go swimming with them. Just don't feel brave enough. I keep telling myself I have to make the effort as feel like I'm missing out on the fun times with my family. 😬
