Good morning all. I have just heard on BBC TV Breakfast, an item on the incorrect reports on our PIP interviews. It looks as though all of us who have had benefit issues will now be able to claim an unfair rating from an assessor.
Good luck!!

There also recommending all assessments be recorded also home visits be offered without letter from your gp and also bringing all assessments in house and be carried out by DWP when current contracts run out for the private firms who carry out current assessments
here here mattjoachim and Quirister bring it on the sooner the better, these assessors cost DWP a fortune I dont know why the original assessors -in government- stoppped..
PIP assessments are a complete shambles - in 2017 alone there were 1,000 cases of assessors being reported to professional bodies for “conduct issues” alone. Most of these PIP assessments are nothing but a tangled web of lies. Below I have pasted a link to a posting of mine on How To Win A PIP Appeal - those of you who are thinking of appealing your PIP decision will find some very useful advice here. LLAP, Eric 👍✊👌
I heard last night. About time something was done. Hopefully everyone will get what is entitled to them. 👍👍👍👍👍
