Hi

You can appeal

But ESA is not based on your illness as many disabled people manage to work full or part time .

Its based on what you can physically do or not do .

If you decide to appeal get some help with appeal

Good luck

My health is the same as you & it wasnt that bad......take all your paper work to you local citizens advice & they will fill it all in for you & once you have a court date which doesnt take long, they cann even have someone to go with you if you dont have anyone, it is so worth it i had esa given back to me & over £2000 in back date......

I was told at the citizens advice that the goverment have told the assessers to start lying to save money but if you go to the court there is an independent doctor that will look at your medical notes records appointments you go to & they assess you on the day & by the sounds of it you have all my symptoms i have fybro & arthritis in the top of my spine & lupus please be strong & take the bastards to court 😑
