It's a trial and error think what's good for one isn't for another for me I would react to bruufen as I have asthma and it sets it off your doc will go through different meds physio maybe herbal remedies with you but even a really good one may only work for a bit good luckxxxxx
I haven't taken ibuprofen regularly as I also have asthma. When you say herbal, what do you mean?
Have you been to a pain clinic yet you get a book that goes through relaxation music breathing mindfulness herbal as in oils lavender chamomile I think peppermint was one tense machine and also pro s and cons of meds because we get use to the level we need more to deal with the pain and exercise also and sleep mine was run by Spinefit but on here we had a talk about bathing in crystals wish I remembered witch ones now as I have a bath now whoop xxxx pain clinic tell you that meds aren't the best answer as we become reliant on them. But most of us need meds to cope. It's balancing em I haven't managed it yet lol.
Thankyou for ur advice, gonna make an app on Monday x
Hello Queen-sab , as Treewade has mentioned there is no "best" treatment for fibromyalgia as it affects people in various ways and sufferers re-act differently to meds. It is a case of what works best for you.
