Hiya, and very pleased to now be part of your group.

I've had fibromyalgia since around 2006/07...fought it....ignored it πŸ˜‰...now learning to live with and respect it...

I also have and under active thyroid and psoriatic arthritis so a bit of a nuisance but also very mindful it could be a lot worse

Very much look forward to learning some hints and tips and maybe sharing some I've learnt....and frustrations at times too....

Take it steady and have a wonderful Christmas when it gets here x

evening to you I am not sure think some of it is nerve pain, probably bit of everything, but found a website last night where people had shoulder joint replacements, and most said they had been in pain for up to a year espesically the night pain. so seems no pain no gain x

Hey Jobie55 , like you I fought against fibro at first but it finally dawned on me that the way to manage it was to accept it and find ways to live with it (doesn't mean we have given in!). So welcome to our lovely forum, you will find lots of help and support from our friendly members and I look forward to seeing you around. Take care. x
