Hi,

I had a Copeland shoulder op 7 years ago. It will settle down really quickly. I found very much worth the first bit of discomfort. Once the recovery period has gone, I hope you are very happy with it and it will bring you much more pain free movement. Take care, be kind to yourself it’s early days.
