Localised burning patch of skin

Hello everyone, not sure if im in the right forum.... anyway, im not diagnosed with anything apart from severe anxiety. But for about a week now i have felt a very localised 2 by 2 cm burning patch on the back of my left hand. There is no rash or anything different on the slin surface. Im assiming it is neurological. Because my anxiety is sky hight due to it, i also have burning sensation all over my body, a surface skin feeling rather than a deep one, which i know can happen due to hypersensitivity in anxiety. Just not sure what that patch mean? Did anyone experience sth like this? Worried it may be MS Any thoughts?

I did have burning sensations with the finromyalgia before medication but not constantly. I'm sorry that I can't be much help.

Hi, have been dealing with problem for months. Have been cutting out various food to see if that makes a difference.

Must admit I have been suffering anxiety lately which I feel probably doesn't help. I am still working at it. Jill
