Haven't been too good past few days. Not sure if it's arthritis or fybromyalgia flare up but this pain is so getting me down. Was back at docs other day for more xray results that I had done recently.
My hips are getting worse and because I was born with hip dysplasia where my hips almost dislocate I have been in awful pain and mobility has got worse. The arthritis to my hips has gone worse and now there's talk of having hip replacements.
If I was a horse they would shoot me....
I am sorry your in so much pain. Hopefully the hip replacement will help reduce some of it. I can empathise mines at the other end at the moment my neck. I know i'm a pain in the neck lol got in before anyone else 
I do hope you can find a little relief soon it really drags you down doesn't it {{hugs}}

Do hope that something can be done to help you and that your pain eases a bit. Wonder whether it has anything to do with the ever changing weather as my rib cage and back has been zinging the last week as well and nothing I seem to be doing is making matters any better..x

Sorry to hear of your current pain, perhaps if you could say things are getting worse for you they might move things forward , the cold weather dosent help either does it, I like horses so no shooting you yet, but you are showing you've still some sense of humour which is good , my children say if I was a dog I'd have been to the vet by now xxx
Have you tried Reiki? I have trained in it and self heal nightly and it helps me. I don’t mean to push you at it but it is amazing.
