Had fan in bedroom 2 weeks ago then couldn't move right side of neck for terrible pain it has now spread to back of neck and left neck now it's horrendous pain in my left shoulder and arm has any one else experienced this using heat spray and Co codermol

Funnily enough my dad actually suffered from this; he used ice packs on it and tablets and it took a week to stop hurting. Hope you have a good weekend and feel better soon xxx
