I can't believe they have sent me a letter to say they have everything to make a decision and yet I called and knew they had all evidence i.e. Assessment report and letter from specialist on the 18th.

Driving me nuts! It was dated end of august so hopefully any day now?!?!

DWP always cover themselves by sending out confirmation letters. This is on top of what ever they say on the phone.

Frustrating for us yes. They usually land Saturday mornings too so if there is any problems you can't ring for 2 days

Hi l had a reassessment yesterday for my pip yesterday it came as a bit of a shock as my letter said l have it till next year but l had missed the bit about being reassest this year the hole thing is making me so ill on top of fibro l have divaticulitus and congenital heart disease my stomach was so bad yesterday and completely washed out ending me in bed at 4 pm l will not be able to manage to live if I don't get it no way could I hold a job down only wish l could do they really now how this process is making us feel good look to you xxx

Hi I had the same letter two days after I rang them.

I rang again they had made decision but it wasn't on the screen yet. I rang yet again, as I asked if they could tell me over the phone as it was making me ill. Standard daily living enhanced mobility, the same as dla, so relieved

I sent my form in March, I only had assessment cos I rang them 5 months later. My friend sent hers may, assessment June, decision July.

They do this as a matter of course I got the same even though I knew they had all the evidence.

Really hope you get this sorted asap!

I fully understand they are trying to cut out the scrounges but for goodness sake.. we support every country going ... oh I am so t get me on my soap box!!
