I have been on all the meds on list for pain the lyrica helps but not in low doses I take 225 an tramadol it takes the crying pain away but if you a diabetic with this your pain is worst oxycodone is the only thing that works for me completely to where I should be going back to work. But doctors hold you back for some really unknown reason who they pick an choose not to send home in pain. 3 years off work not ever been threw disgrace university doctors has but me threw so I'm still not working an hurting everyday on transform figure that out
Dissapointed : I have been on all the... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Dissapointed
A lot of us don't do well with pain meds for some reason. I've had allergic reactions to some and non of them have got rid of my pain. I use heat (heat pads, hot water bottle, heat patches) and mobility aids (compression gloves and sleeves, elbow and knee supports) to get me though the days. I find them much more helpful than meds.
Yes did slot of that for a year an alot of antidepressants an return back to work then out again but I do know diabetes an fibro. Treats everyone different I have friends working with diabetes.but the swollen feet I can't do an when your body hurts all over you don't know pain until it hits you. How I wish that all it took I would be back at work cause I can't stand asking no one for anything an being on this social security is to many questions OMG hate it.
So difficult with painkillers. I know my last three GP's wouldn't prescribe anything stronger than Pregablin, ibuprofen and Zapain as they said the morphine based meds eventually stop working so not suitable for fibro. Fortunately, for them they don't have to stand the pain.x
Your right it's so unfair I ask one of the Dr. If they would send there mother- daughter or son home in pain he had no answer
Tramodol works but its morpheme based and you don't want to get hooked on that
I don't understand when people say hook you take for your pain when you not you don't take but if you got abusers of any drug you get hook.
