I'm new to all this and not sure really if it's me but hey. I'll give it a try. Think I've lived with this for so long I don't know what it feels like to feel normal.

Hi Bump 196. You've come to the right place, for support with Fibro and symptoms which come with it. We know how you feel and what you mean. This forum has certainly helped me. I've been lucky to go from feeling and acting as if I had a stroke, not being able to move or even think properly, to now being back in work. Only part time and trying to extend my hours comfortably for me, eventually hope to be back full time.

I am sure, it's down to support on this forum and the help I had from the lovely listening people on here.

You can ask questions and knowledge that you are not alone with your symptoms.

I am sure someone will be along to welcome you very soon.

Lots of support wished for you.

Hi Bump196

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have pasted for you below a link to our mother site, FMA UK which hosts loads of useful Fibro information:

I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi bump196, I felt a bit weary too when I first joined the group. I've never even been on fb or anything so a complete novice lol.

I have to say that this forum and everyone on it has been a god send to me. It's like being part of a new family for fibromites lol. Being able to talk to people who understand what your going through is such a relief. Everyone here are so kind and helpful and we have a little giggle along the way too.

I understand when you say you don't know what it feels like to be normal but we are all here to help where we can.

Sending hugs to you xx
