Overwhelming exhaustion! !

Hi everyone, it's such a glorious day here and I have been overcome by the most awful pain and exhaustion ended up lying down for a couple of hours. Is'nt it just not fair?

Then you rest. It isn't fair when we miss out on even simple things like sunshine, butterflies in the garden, hummingbirds. But rest is very important if you hope to feel better in a day or two [knock on wood] Happy thoughts and loving hugs coming your way
