Hi

All wonderful people, its so reassuring reading up your posts. It's the only validating and finding acceptance for my chronic conditions.

I am in bed off sick again with water infection, flare up of tinnitus and fatigue.😞😞

This is my life!

My condiotions is worsening and I'm finding work, family and the world hard to live with. My moods is low most days and hard to pick up.

I cannot believe I'm at this place when I have been the most positive, vibrant , enthusiastic , living every moment of life character .

So I hope I can reside with you great people for support and guidance.

Thank you very much.

Hello Najma- and a warm welcome to our friendly fibro forum where you can find help, support, advice and friendship, along with a chuckle or two to lighten the day.

Our mother site fmauk.org has a wealth of information about fibro, including guides and links.

I am sorry to hear you are struggling and trying to cope with added symptoms to your normal fibro. Sometimes it can get you down to a really low point and then it is time to call upon the doctor for advice.

I really admire someone like you who has all these balls, work, home, family up in the air and still remains strong. You are still that vibrant and enthusiastic person, you have just been dealt with a "bad hand"

I hope your meds are effective at clearing up your infection and you can leave your bed very soon.

Just a note of caution, I am not sure if you are taking Pregabelin, if so, be aware that this can make you have a low mood.

Looking forward to seeing you around the forum.

Kay

Hi bluebell

Thank you do so much for all your kind words and encouragement .

Sometimes it's really tough to keep juggling all aspects of life.

OMG about what you said re pregabelin😳!

As I was prescribed it but had to come off on the third week. It caused severe side effects and moods dipped badly.

Good to hear that other people too had similar experience .

Thanks for mother site for further info.

Much appreciated

Kind regards

Najma
