This link has some good vit d info. Maybe I can get my friends and relatives to read it so they better understand my situation as they never seem to remember any of this kind of thing about me.

Hi my friend

I have a twice daily Acrette D3 on prescription. I truly hope that your friends and relatives read it and it helps you.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi, I've googled acrette vit d but not found much info. I just take normal vit d on prescription but it doesn't seem to help much. Is acrette vit d more easily absorbed? I watched a programme last night about probiotics and i didn't realize your stomach acid destroys most of it before it gets into your intestine , maybe same happening for vit d?

Hi my friend

As far as I am aware it is absorbed more easily. It is the one that the NHS usually recommend for Osteoporosis. I did not know this about probiotics though? Good luck my friend.
