New to this site. Good to find you. I have Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I was searching for advice/guidance for the PIP Review form, it has to go off next week (which includes an extension) and I have become totally preoccupied with it to the detriment of my mental and physical well-being.

My main worry is what to put where. Things that have got harder what has happened section then the how has it got harder. Their example sheet has just one sentence on the what has happened section but a little more on the how it has got harder section. Whereas I am confusing what should go where and it all feels a total mess. SO frustrating and draining.

Thank you. I had a conversation with someone in CAB today on the phone as I was not able to go along. They are based at my GP surgery. I asked her to ask my GP to provide a letter about my health issues and how it affects me, but she says that is not necessary. However, everywhere else I look for guidance says to get supporting evident to sent in iwwht the form. It is overwhelming me with high anxiety. I just wondered if any one on here has experience of filling out the PIP Review form and if so what info goes where. Thank you for your suggestion and prompt response.

Thank you Tulips123 & TheAuthor & Fibro10 for the warm welcome and tips. I am doing a little each day and trying to reduce the amount of info I am providing as it is driven by anxiety and doubt they will bother to read it all. Still overwhelmed by it, but going to switch off from it until Tuesday when a friend will come over to help me finish it in readiness to post. I will call Janet on Tuesday if we are in any doubt about it. I will be so relieved to send it off, I just can't wait to get rid of it. The outcome is out of my hands.
