Hi everyone, I just joined, i was told i have restless legs when i was young, and 13yrs ago diagnosed fibromyalgia, primary biliary cirrhosis, raynaud's and lung disease...i get scared now going doctors lol, its just myself and my daughter who is 16 in Aug, its been hard on her, plus she had to cope with mind games from her so called father. People dont realize how it affects those close to you, and stops you making plans, sleeping, forgetting things which i find the hardest along with guilt. Cant get motivated, We are near Brighton hopefully in june so hopefully sea air etc with get me there, but its the winter that kills me, but start for both off us and my baby dogs who have helped but my daughter is a star, and shes been though hell and nearly back again shes starting to like herself again. i just have to now ... thanks carolyn xxx

I am so genuinely sorry to read of your suffering and struggling and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this. Your daughter sounds like a marvel, and I have pasted below a link to the Young Carers UK in case she may be interested?
I can relate to what you have said about winter, as I really struggle in the cold myself, as my arthritis is awful from about November through to March, and then my Fibro follows suit.
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
Welcome to our friendly fibro forum where you can get help, support, advice and understanding, along with a giggle or two to lighten the day.
It sounds as though you have a wonderfully supportive daughter and a fresh start on the south coast will hopefully turn around all the hurt and trouble you have both been through.
