Happy Mother's Day

Was hoping to see family today but unfortunately had to put them off as this chest infection on top of everything else is hanging on making me feel extra weak and tired. Had antibiotics but not made much difference. Anyone out there any idea when this might shift?

I have a couple of friends who have been suffering this as well and one GP said expect it to last 4-6 weeks....!!!! Hope you have as good a Mother's Day as possible..at least the sun is shining...well here it is! xx

Good morning i would got back to your GP he mihght prescribe more antibiotics but with steroids that usually clears it for me.

I have asthma and copd the GP has always done that if it hasnt gone.

I'm gonna try and do without any more antibiotics and see how I go as I have crohns and they affect my system. It's all fun and games eh?!! Lol x

If it is the same bug that has hit many of our friends here it will be a good few weeks. Sometimes you think you are over it only to have it back again several days later.

It is pretty miserable, hope you are on the tail end of yours.
