Morning
Try not to worry, I also have the very same, I have been to the doctor, as I have been fighting cancer for a few years so when I found the lumps I thought the worst.
My doctor says that it's fat lumps nothing to worry about.
But I am going to see a different doctor this week, as I can't see how they can tell without investigating.
Yes it is worrying, I keep running my hand over it.
Think you should make appointment to see gp just to make sure.

Hello Daisydooxx and welcome to our friendly fibro forum where you can get advice, support, help and understanding.
Have you seen our Mother Site fmauk.org ? Here you will find a wealth of information about fibro.
Perhaps you could tell us a little bit more about yourself? How long have you had your diagnosis and are you on any medications? Do you have other conditions as well?
We are not medically qualified to answer specific questions, and if you are worried I suggest you speak to your doctor. However a guess would be if your bumps are on your bones it could be bony spurs, do you have arthritis?
Sorry to be unable to help you further at this time, I do hope you will keep us updated.

Hi Daisydooxx welcome to our wonderful forum ☺ I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you, talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro and learning from their experiences.
It is impossible to say what they are but I have got lumps similar in one of my legs on my thigh & near shin & on my upper arm. My gp said it was to do with the Fibro & you do seem to get lots of lumps & bumps but, as you are thinking, there is always a more serious explanation and this is why it is a must to get it checked out with your doctor.
I have Copied this information for you but, as I say definitely get it checked out my friend.
"If your lump is softer and is on your leg, arm, belly, back or neck it's more likely to be a lipoma - also very common - which is a benign lump of fat. These can be as small as a pea or as large as peach, and can appear in clusters," she says. "They're caused when fat cells multiply faster than usual, and it's something that runs in families. Most lipomas feel softer and less defined, but some have a fibrous coating capsule, so are firmer and lumpier,"
Peace, luv n light

Hi Daisydooxx
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I am so truly sorry to read that these lumps are upsetting you liek this and I have pasted an excerpt from the *patientinfo website below:
*A lipoma is a soft fatty lump. It is a non-cancerous (benign) growth made up from fat cells that clump together. A lipoma can occur in any part of the body where there are fat cells. Lipomas typically feel soft and can be felt to move slightly under your skin when you press on them.
I would definitely get them checked out by your doctor just to have other medical conditions ruled out of the equation. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
