Body mix up

Body wants to sleep due to sleep apnea which i have no cpap machine yet for and mr.fibro wants to me stay awake lol. Anyone else on here get this.

I hope you don't have to wait too long for your cpap machine as I am sure it will help you to get to sleep and stay asleep. My OH has one and has never slept so well and peacefully....x

Hi isme16 , I think we are clones, I was to get a cpap machine but they sent me home with the oxygen and i have to have a more in depth sleep study done in Edinburgh as the one in the hospital is only basic although they were supposed to do another one with the oxygen on before I left hospital in October but the system was not working properly. I'm still waiting on my other appointment, I saw respiratory consultant 2 weeks ago so he is chasing it up and im on orlistat this is my 4th week it going okay , I have not had any of the bad side effects that I heard about but following the slimming world eating plan to an extent and keep fat low.

I hope you get you cpap soon . I have tryed them in hospital and what a sleep you get once you get used to breathing with it ,

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and I sincerely hope that you can manage a good sleep tonight. I have a C-PAP on one side of my bed, and a Nebuliser on the other! Sometimes I am thinking do I need to breathe properly before I put my C-PAP on? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
