Hand pain, pain in the bum.

Just rolled out of bed, I'm tired but my hands are aching so much I can't lay there any more.

It's a horrible throbbing toothache pain and my fingers are so stiff, hurts to bend them.

Hope it feels better tomorrow ☹️️

I know how you feel exactly Fibro hits you every were I think feet and hands are the worse I feel for you x

Hi Jordana,

I'm sorry to hear that your hands hurt so much! Did you do something that kept them very busy working hard? I'll bet it was a normal activity and you thought they wouldn't be hurting so badly! I hope they get better very soon. Does putting heat or cold on your sore spots ever help?

You hAve my sympathy itoohave been up all night with hand and wrists pain and joy of joys it's still here , well I guess hub will be lifting roasting pan today . Really hope yours has eased I have these rectangular ice packs which I put into same shape things and can wrap around wrists knees etc so that's me today x😇

I get swelling in hands and feet (and sometimes other joints join in) daily and yes it really hurts. Some is my Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Hope you feel better soon.
