Well I'm extremely achy and muscles are so stiff. Doing anything simple is exhausting. Took all my energy to shower. My husband has been so supportive. Although, sometimes I have to really push myself and hide my symptoms. I am afraid that if I complain too much I will feel worst about myself. But it's so hard! Daily I'm losing more muscle strength!

I think we all at times hide our true feelings from our partners as it must get so tedious for them all the time.....you can complain/rant/rave on here and we will listen. If you feel new symptoms or the old ones are getting so much worse maybe a trip to the doctor might help. He/she may be able to tweak your meds for you so you get some relief....Take care Looking4me and talk to us again....x

Your post is one which is very familiar to many members.

Have you been referred to a Pain Clinic? If not, it may help so ask your doctor.

Sometimes it is hard to find the motivation to do gentle exercise even though we know we should be doing it.

Are you able to go swimming with your husband? This is a good exercise and if hubby goes too he will be able to help with dressing/undressing in a disabled cubicle.

Hope you feel a bit better soon.

X

Aw bless, I feel exactly the same, not an ounce of energy, every day I hope tomorrow will be better, don't know the answer but this fibro is absolutely horrible, and it definitely gets worse as time goes. Sending love xx

Hi my friend

I am so truly sorry to read this and I sincerely hope that you feel better soon. I would talk to your doctor about this and ascertain if a referral to Pain Management or to Physio may help? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken
