Yes, do you work and if so how do you manage? I am off sick for a week, my other posts across the board will say more if interested as it's not simple.
Do you work full time, part time, are you mainly based in an office etc? I struggle. Especially with fatigue. As soon as I'm awake I am shattered. Most of the day I am shattered and the brain fog and organisation issues. Working from home more would be better for me. If I return/have a conversation with my bosses I may suggest that.

HI mysmugcat , No I don't work and haven't since 2001 but not because of FM, because of depression and panic disorder.I was diagnosed with FM in 1999 and wasn't as bad when I was younger but now no way I could work.I wish you the best in getting to work from home it sounds like that would help you a lot. Take care. Peck 🐤
Hi mysmugcat.....I had to give up work in my mid 40's...I am now coming up 70!!!! It was our own business but fortunately it was able to continue with good staff....Yes, I struggled for the last couple of years and was so relieved when I could give up....I truly don't know how some of our fibro friends here cope with working...I am full of admiration!! If you can work from home all the better, do you think your bosses might go along with that? They can only say no...but they do have an obligation to help all they can..... Anyway, wish you a better future and a good night's sleep!!!!
I am an author so I choose my own working hours and I also work on here as admin. I do find it quite exhausting at times. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
