Im sorry you can sleep, I've been the same, i never thought to look at my phone, I am still getting used to you guys being there, I have just been watching crap on tv hoping it would help put me to sleep.

Yes as usual wide awake. I try now not to go on my tablet but some times it drives you nuts doesn't it. Hope you now you are getting .😴😴😴😴😴x

Hi there

I have been a chronic insomniac for pretty much all my life.

Out of sheer desperation I bought some Nytol (the one in the light blue box).

I checked with my pharmacist first as I take quite a lot of medication to help with my pain.

To my utmost surprise it does actually help. I don't take it every night, but to my mind anything is worth a try.
