Any advice for a newbie?

Hi everybody. I'm new from today. I've had Fibromyalgia and Polyarthropathy for seven years which feels like a lifetime! I'm taking 125mcg Fentanyl patches plus oxycodone but am attempting to decrease dosage accordingly, however I seem to have more side effects than I need! Fatigue and depression are constants with little light from the end of the tunnel!! So I decided to join today to see if anyone has got a magic wand, magic potion or some advice to brighten my day.

Thanks for the replies. I'll certainly take a look at the Moringa powder, thanks Kenny, I feel sure there must be something out there in nature, perhaps herbal etc, that may be beneficial to us in some way. Regards Gregz.

When I was on fentanyl, oxys, and k-pins I was so weak and could hardle get out of bed. I was on much more other meds. B4 fentanyl but it all did the same. Confined me to bed mostly. Edited By Admin. After 16 years I decided there has got to be a better way then destroying my body on these opioids that a famous pain doctor said didn't really work anyway. Think about it if they were working you wouldn't be writing. Edited By Admin

I'm intolerant to many meds but pregabalin, very low dose, helps but a long hot shower helps ease many pains n stiffness and lift's the mood.Praying for you and hope you find a solution to the mystery fibro brings,God bless,Jay

May I suggest you wean off the oxycodone with medical assistance? It causes more problems than it fixes. I'm on fentanyl patches and a variety of other meds. All the best my friend.
