Sometimes I can feel heat go through me - it would start at my feet and make its way up to my head but when it gets above my ankles the heat is gone from my feet, and when it finally gets to my head, my neck and the rest of my body is cold - it's like the heat travels in sections up my body.
Also my hand was cold and for some odd reason I just stared at it and it was like I could literally feel my blood moving inside my body it's so weird.
Can anyone help?

First of all, please can I wish you a very warm welcome to the forum
You will find a lot of information on our mother site about Fibromyalgia, and it is well worth a read fmauk.org
I have suffered with Fibro, ME, PTSD etc for over 36 years. My "burning" pain travels around my body.
One day it feels like my shoulder blade is on fire and other days it will move to a different part of my body.
As it is a burning feeling, I use Deep Freeze patches, sprays and gels. They don't take the pain away completely, but they do take the edge off it for a while.
You can buy the Deep Freeze products in most chemists.
Other than that there is not much more I can suggest to help you. Fibro is a rotten horrible condition to live with day in day out.
You have my deepest empathy. Hopefully you will find the lovely people on this forum a great help and support to you.

HI blueflame4367 . That does sound really weird. I think a lot of us have thermostats that don't work, suddenly becoming hot and then as suddenly cold but I've never experienced what you describe. Have you seen your GP about this? It is possible that it's quite separate from fibro. I hope you are able to get some answers soon.
Hello Blueflame and welcome.....This is certainly a weird condition we all have and very horrid....I hope if you look at some of the posts on here you will find some answers, plus support, plus a giggle!!! I have a feeling of tingling in hands and feet & legs which could resemble pumping blood maybe!!! Hope you get some answers and relief very soon...xx
Oh yes so many of us are overfamiiar with that sensation as Lu says it can travel around your body I can often have what I call burning hands and feet syndrome and another time shooting/burning pains which leave that part of the body feeling as though it is on fire for ages.
As Lu says what I use is the freeze gel and stangely on the feet I have found Musselflex helps as it first cools and then goes warm which strangely seems to stop the worse of the burning sensation. I also take Pregablin which helped damp the amount and severity of these symptoms down but unfortunately hasn't taken it away alltogether.x
I get the exact same thing, have done so since I can remember, n the itchiness that comes after drives me insane,my shins are literally scared from all the scratching, just yet another fibro thing, when my meds are working they help a lot,but as I've got older the flares are so severe it drives me literally mad, hope you get some relief,God bless,Jay
Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I have to agree with your other respondents as it is a familiar story, and have something along these lines myself. If you are in any doubt about a new or persistent symptom it is always best to get it checked out just to rule other medical conditions out of the equation.
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
