Hi rockett777 I'm sorry you have been in hospital and do hope you feel a little better today. That's aweful, you poor thing, I didn't think they were allowed to let you go home with no one there to look after you ?

A week away for a urgent app. Is ridiculous but I know what they are like. I was put on an urgent waiting list once & my app.was 3 mths away. I ended up seeing a private doctor & was in hospital in 2 days. That was years ago & it wasn't really that expensive back then, I could more afford it then.

I do hope you can get through the week but if you cant, I'd be inclined to call the hospital & tell them you can't cope on your own.

Luv Jan x

I don't understand. Could they not have done any neurology tests while you were in hospital - just to rule out some potentially dangerous conditions?

Did the hospital know you were going to be at home by yourself? If they thought it was vertigo, did they give you anything to offset it?

Have they given you a copy of the hospital's referral to the Neuro? It may be useful to chase this up.

Sorry to ask so many questions, just a little confused. Stay safe.
