It's aggie her I also have the problem I started very badly with that last week and last night I had it again I just noticed I have a very foggy head does anybody else suffer from that as well I had it about a year ago and then I went to the chiropractor every week and I felt much better after that now I stopped again going there and the problem is back and I don't think that I have to do with menopause because I am only 35 it could be fibromyalgia because my doctor told me about a year ago that I had it but I felt so much better after going to the chiropractor so just wondering if there's any natural relief for it

Hi There, i juste reader today about magnésium l-threonate. Not sure if it answers your questions but it is supposed to be a great magnesium that helps to improve memory. You might want to google it for fibromyalgia and see what it says. Hope you feel better very soon. Take care.
