neck pain

I am finding it difficult to hold my head straight,it was first noticed by my nurse at pain clinic since then i am noticing it even more. It seems to go to my right side which is my dominant side. Does any one else get this

Hi.

Yes I have big problems with my neck as well.

Due to my SAH/Stroke effecting my base off my brain/top off spinal cord.

My neck has become very very painful (Chronic) 24/7.

I have to wear neck braces to give the area around my neck extra support.

Wearing the brace straighteens/realines my neck refusing my pain.

I thank you for your comment. I feel as not many people have the same problem maybe this is not a fibro problem think I need to check it out another visit to the GPS should be fun

Hi my friend

I have to admit that I have not come across this before as a Fibro issue. I would (as you have said) talk to your GP about this to ascertain what the cause could be? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

I have the same problem with my neck not sure if it's made worse by fibro. I have two herniated cervical discs since December last year ( boss made me lift at work despite knowing my back problems - doing big idea, lower spinal fusion and degenerative discs )

Sometimes it feels like my head is literally going to fall off its so heavy.

I'm sorry to hear your having this pain in your neck - I have a chronic neck pain condition due to two slipped discs in neck (neck brace helps). Have they done a scan or x-Ray? Sounds like this needs investigating. With best wishes,
