this is for Caz. The elbow brace has just arrived and Ive got it on, it hasnt got rid of the pain completely, that would be asking too much, but OH!! the difference!!!. THANKYOU Caz, I was reaching the end of my tether over the pain, such a simple solution I would never have thought about it. THANKYOU SO MUCH!!! Lyzzie x

I actually slept this afternoon because it was quieter, but it has just reminded me that its still there!, lurking under the strap..but I dont expect miracles and the difference is still amazing, thanks again, I think I must have hurt my elbow more than I realised. It just feels so much easier. Lyzzie x

hi caz, just an update, my elbow is much much better, Ileave the brace off quite a bit now, but as soon as it starts to ache, back it goes. Thanks agaqin for putting me onto it, I really think it tipped the balance to getting rid of the pain, I still intend a long chat with my Doctor, thats twice lately, once with the muscles in my legs and this time in my arms, dont laugh, Im desperate to wash my hair but Im scared of raising my arms and rubbing in case it triggers it off again, Angie offered to do it, but I didnt like the gleam in her eye, you probabley would never have heard from me again!! lyzzie x
