I needed to see this today. Im so up and down at the moment. I try and cope with life one day at a time but also feel life is passing me by quicker than I want.

I feel bad for not keeping in touch with friends.

what an excellent philosophy. Can I swop the chocolate for boiled sweets please? Hope very soon your mood will be more up than down. Yes I only thought this morning that with all my problems and OH's depression and things with his family that life is whizzing by unfufilled and I have to do something about it, still on the drawing board as to how. Take carex
