Hi Hayesider. Where abouts are you? We could expand! Anyway, first thing I did was set up my facebook page, put a few posters in libraries, shops etc. & written a few articles for various free local mags. & waited...... & waited some more! The group Ive set up is really a platform for self-help workshops, I'm a nutritionist & NLP Practitioner with lots of group work behind me but very little social media experience so I'm very new to facebook etc. There are plenty of online support groups but not enough face to face & self-help, there's very little if no support here in this part of the world, is that the same for you. Please feel free to join the group, we can always have a chat! share news etc. & anything else I can do to help.

Down in east Devon on the coast at Budleigh Salterton, bit too far for a regular meet up. Don't have any skills/training I could bring, so not really the right person to try setting one up here.

Spend so much time here on HU, don't think I would have time or patience either.

Hope group goes from strength to strength, bump into you on here some times, take care too, Hayesider
