  • Hi there

Welcome to the forum :) You have found a wonderful place full of caring, kind, compassionate people.

If you have a look at the right of your screen you will see something called Pinned Posts in blue.

Under Pinned Posts are our Guidelines and Rules of the forum and you will also find step by step instructions on how to lock your posts, just for the sake of internet safety.

You may also like to have a look at our mother site for more information on Fibromyalgia fmauk.org

Now I have given you all your homework :) I will get to answering your question. In a word, yes, it does take us Fibromites longer to heal as our immune systems are compromised. As to a time frame that varies from person to person.

You will find the forum a great place for support, comfort, advice and help on just about anything you want to know.

Between us all we have many years of experience of all things Fibro related.

If I can be of any help to you, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Wishing you less pain and more peace

    Lu x
